- Once your order has been prepared and transferred to the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation containing your parcel tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on all qualifying orders over $150.00 CAD.
- Standard Domestic Shipping: For orders under $150, flat-rate shipping is calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your destination. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days across Canada.
- Express Shipping: Expedited options are available at checkout for urgent deliveries (typically 2–4 business days).
Order Tracking
As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking scans in their system.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address and apartment/unit numbers during checkout. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at our contact page before your package is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses entered at checkout.
