Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

- Free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, animal hair, or smoke odors.
- All original garment tags, packaging, and hygienic liners (where applicable) must remain fully attached.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
To uphold strict hygiene and health standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Pierced jewelry (earrings) and select delicate accessories.
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events.
- Gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Send an email through our Contact Us page with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours with step-by-step instructions and the approved return address.
- Securely pack your items in their original packaging and dispatch the return package using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking provider.
